Administration

One of the assurances offered to WCCA families is that all employees profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, acknowledging Him as their Savior. Students at WCCA are surrounded by caring, Christian adults who seek to model a Christ-like attitude in every way.

Our principal, Esther McClellan, truly calls WCCA her home. As a young student, she attended WCCA and graduated from Berean Christian High School as the valedictorian. She continued her education at Bob Jones University in South Carolina before transferring to Cedarville College in Ohio. She graduated at the top of her class, receiving her bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

She returned to WCCA in 1984 and taught third grade and preschool, served as the preschool’s assistant director, and taught junior high English. In 2003, she accepted her current position as principal, receiving ACSI’s All Levels Principal Certificate. She continues her own quest for excellence by doing graduate work in Christian School Administration through Shasta Bible College.
