Welcome parents! This page is designed to help you find quick answers to your WCCA questions and provide forms you need to keep us updated.

Please note that if you are downloading forms to complete your application or re-enrollment, they must be printed, completed and returned as originals to the school office.  No fax copies or e-mails will be accepted, as your original signature is needed to verify any changes.
