D. Owens

Dorothy Owens is a 2nd grade teacher and began teaching at WCCA in 2005.  She earned her bachelors degree from Cal State Hayward (now Cal State East Bay.)  Mrs. Owens enjoys teaching her diverse student population and thinks WCCA has the best faculty.
