The Executive Committee (i.e. the “voting arm”) meets every other month to review the budget, oversee projects and programs, and set the agenda for the following general business meeting. Committee chairs (i.e. “Board of Directors”) are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
General business meetings, which are open to all school parents, teachers and staff, are held every other month beginning at 3:15 p.m. in the school library. Childcare for attending parents is provided by PTF through WCCA’s after school program.
If there are any activities you would like to see happen, please come to a general business meeting or let one of our officers or chairs know. We really want to encourage parents and teachers alike to participate. Look to the Eagle Forum and the school website for reminders and important dates about PTF activities.
