PTF designed the Parent Partipation Program (PPP) to offer families a variety of areas to fulfill their service commitment at WCCA. All families, regardless of marital status, are asked to work a minimum of 40 hours during the school year. PPP volunteer logs are available so parents can record the number of hours and areas of service. The logs must be submitted to the Bookkeeper to receive a "credit" which can be rolled-over or refunded to your account at the end of each year. Only one log form is needed per family (not one per child) per quarter.
Each family may also enter their PPP hours into RenWeb through the Family Information page. The school office has a new volunteer/visitor check in system that will also keep track of your family PPP hours and submit them directly to the bookkeeper. Parents may request an updated total of their PPP hours from the bookkeeper.
