One of the assurances offered to WCCA families is that all employees profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, acknowledging Him as their Savior. Students at WCCA are surrounded by caring, Christian adults who seek to model a Christ-like attitude in every way.
- Our principal, Damon Duncan, graduated from CSU Hayward with a masters degree in educational leadership from Grand Canyon University and a bachelors degree in history; he holds a principal certificate through ACSI and the state of Arizona. Mr. Duncan has been a faculty member of WCCA since 2003 and still enjoys teaching the advanced Algebra class in the junior high. Mr. Duncan is also an alumnus of WCCA, as are his three oldest, and his youngest child is still a current student at The Academy.
- Our vice-principal, Nunu Campbell, first attended college in Ethiopia and then finished her degree at Shasta Bible College; she has also received ACSI’s Elementary Teaching Certificate. Mrs. Campbell comes from a family of educators, has been with The Academy since 2005, and all three of her sons have graduated from WCCA.
